The Mole Resort Summer Menu Launch Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Mole Resort.
2. Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must like the competition post, share it on their timeline, and tag 3 friends in the comments. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on Facebook or Instagram are accepted.
3. Entry Deadline: The competition ends at midnight on 20th May 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
4. Prize Description: The prize consists of a dinner for 4 people at The Mole Resort, subject to availability. The prize includes 2 courses per person. Any additional items or drinks will be at the winner's expense.
5. Winner Selection: The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received and will be announced on 21st May 2024.
6. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified via Facebook direct message within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Claiming Prizes: To claim the prize, winners must respond to the winner notification message and provide their contact details as requested.
8. Release of Liability: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability arising out of the competition.
9. Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations when participating in this competition.
10. Changes to Terms: The Mole Resort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
